@Ryan Blake I very much appreciate your advice. I will be attending a KREIA meeting tomorrow afternoon, I will make it a point to ask people to join my list and will be sure to note their preferences. I have asked my buddy and he has given me advice, I just wanted to come to BiggerPockets for some additional ideas. Thank you again!

Hello all! I have finally decided to take the leap and fully commit to real estate investing, particularly wholesaling. After driving for dollars for countless hours, I have started thinking of ways to refine my strategy. Each deal that I have produced, I have had to agree to split with a friend, who has a very large cash buyers list. I don't mind helping my friend out because he has helped me tremendously.

While I am sure that there are plenty of posts that are identical to this, my inability to navigate this website due to being a new member has brought me to typing another one. I am completely new to real estate. I am a college student with limited funds and understand that wholesaling is probably the best place to start my real estate career and build capital. Being new to the game, I have read books and researched the topic to a slight/moderate understanding of how exactly to execute a whole sale deal. My question at the core of this thread is that with limited funds, limited knowledge, and very limited confidence, what is the best way to get started into wholesaling and begin my real estate journey to financial freedom?
