I've been digging around the MLS just got get a feel for everything and looking at various different types of properties and areas. I came across a quad that's in a complex and wanted to research the sale history on our county assessor page. The MLS has it with the address and lists it as Unit C but the description says it's 4 units. When I pull the address on county assessor it lists 4 different units ( same addreas units A-D) with 4 different owners. Am I missing something here?

Hey folks! I'm excited to be a part of this active online community! My name is Creston and I'm from Oklahoma City. I'm a 33 year old small biz owner and have been self-employed for right at 2 years. The majority of my life has been spent in the South Okc area where I hope to start investing. I'm excited to get started in REI. My first goal is to acquire my first rental property and get my real estate license by the end of the year. Long term I'd like to have 10-20 single family rentals, 10 or more multifamily and eventually get into larger multi-family complexes. I have little to no experience in RE but its something that has always sat in the back of my mind as opportunity I'd like to pursue. I look forward to interacting with everyone in the community and meeting others that share my passion for success!
