My neighborhood is thinking of no longer allowing vacation rentals.  They would grandfather in any existing homes that are licensed.  My issue is that in our area if vacation rentals are not allowed the property values plummet!  Someone told me if I put the property in an entity's name, I could sell the entity with assets and the deed would not need to change.  Therefore the buyer could also use the property as a vacation rental?  Could this work?
