Hello BiggerPockets,

I apologize if this question has been asked many times before.  I have Wholesaled 3 properties in the past but took about 5 years off from investing.  I am back in the game but I no longer have a mentor or a Brother in law for that matter.  These two would go out to view the potential properties with me.  I am seeking advice or help now that I would have to view the properties alone.  Advice, please.

Welcome Jason.  DFW is a wonderful area and BP is a great site to get all of your questions answered.  When I started investing, BP is where I found a great mentor who helped me close my first 2 Wholesale deals.

Welcome Mark. This site will give you all the resources you need to decide which strategy works best for you. When I first began investing, i decided to Wholesale. I sought a Mentor and found one here on BP.
