Thanks for the info.

I've put together a combined sifted and sorted tax delinquent and code enforcement list.

I was thinking going deep is the answer to this list. I will update with results.

For the guys that have tested and measured how many times are you mailing a niche list? Statistics say that 80% of response is on the 6th to 12th contact. I'm on a limited budget and want to make sure I'm mailing the right list the right amount of times.

Just purchased the US Leads List for this quarter. I have heard you need a softer approach on the yellow letter for this list but I have been unable to find one for inheritance/probate. Anybody mailing this list? Yellow letter wording they are using?
