What about lending and appraisals is the pain point?

I wanted to know what the community thought about rezoning a commercial building to a residential multi family. I wanted to rezone and put a repc on t and sell it off to a contractor that would want to rebuild it. It's currently an abandoned building in Salt Lake Cory Utah. Thank you in advance.

How much is a good finders fee when whole selling to an investor? Should there just be a flat fee of $5k or is there something else that measures into it? Thank you in advance. In partnership, Marcelo
