I wanted to know if there are any good Airbnb cleaners in the Orlando, FL area that's good and prices aren't too outrageous?

@Anthony Chao I actually did exactly what you're thinking I did one furnished and one unfurnished to see the difference.

@Cedrick Pierre Great*

@Jean Haisch I actually thought about doing that so that's you mentioned it. Thank you for responding!

@Daniel Haberkost and I plan on doing 6 month leases.

@Daniel Haberkost Thank you for your response. I would like to have tenants ages 20-35. Would furnishing the rooms depend on the age group?

@Kathy Henley that's a great way of putting it. I appreciate you for taking your time to respond thank you!

I recently purchased a property using an FHA loan and I'm trying to house hack it and rent the other rooms. I wanted to know if it'll be better to rent the rooms furnished or leave them unfurnished? If anybody has ever been in this situation could you please help?!

@Nicole Marshall

Thanks! I haven't lived there long enough that's one of the reasons it is a bit difficult to calculate it but I like that method.

I recently purchased a single family home and I am having trouble figuring out the best way to include utilities in the rent to make it fair for everyone. Can anybody help?
