@Dean R.What a great memory and impeccable precision on time. When you make such a fear-filled decision such as quitting your 9-to-5 to pursue what you were destined to do, that takes an immense amount of courage. I too am an Atlanta resident and have goals of achieving the ability to make my 9-to-5 an option simply to be the foundation my family can stand on. @Erik Whiting now that is some quality feedback. I appreciate every bit of it. If I am going to request any help or guidance from a successful investor, I have to be worth the time. Education: I have a bachelors degree in Criminal Justice (non RE related) from the University Of South Carolina where I plaid 4 years of Division 1 football. 

Work Experience: I currently am a sales director for a start up investment company. Most of my experience is within Sales/Account Management (6 years).

Skills: I am fairly decent with a camera, I am decent in videography/Editting. I am very well spoken and have great relationship building skills. I have good cold calling skills. Excellence phone handling skills. I have a tenacity of taking responsibility when given the opportunity. I train multiple teams weekly on soft skills (webinar, face to face) , and sales. Well versed in crm technology (Hubspot). Great customer service skills.
