I remember getting emails from Equity Builders, did they sell it as crowdfunding? I am trying to remember.

Ok, I did check out your youtube videos. I will definitely contact you when my partner and I finish our current rehab and flip it to get another one. We are very disappointed with our current contractor.

I know there are many companies and company's reps or affiliates in here but I want to hear from the ones that actually used a private money or hard money lender repeatedly. Who did you use to finance your rehab properties??
