Hello BP, I have a question about the various fees involved to complete a wholesale deal. How many different fees are there, and how would I be able to estimate the total amount needed to close a deal?

Hello BP family,

I discovered that a friend of mine lives next to and abandoned house, that appears to have been this way for years. They said at one point in time it looked like to people where starting to work on it but then it all stopped. We assume the owner is still paying the mortgage because it has not been foreclosed on yet. My question is what steps do I need to take in order to try and get this house under contract. I'm assuming I need to try and locate the owner but how do I go about doing it. Please help BP, this could be my first potential deal and I don't want it to slip right from under me. They say it takes a village to raise a child, well village, here is your new baby. I am brand new to the business, and I am looking to do my first successful deal. I have researched and studied for almost two months and I have even been to a siminar, Fortune Builders, maybe you've heard of them. I couldn't believe how much they wanted in order to join there mentoring program. I got some decent knowledge from the seminar, but over all they where I know they were just trying to sell there product. I know that I can be successful without it and I believe joining bp is a good start. I am also join the local rei club, and I feel that I am ready to start my journey.
