Thanks Joshua, Jenkins and Will.

@Ali Boone I work for a company called ISGN. Our international headquarters are based out of Bangalore, India but we have a handful of offices onshore as well. We're more of a back office solutions provider to mortgage companies, not a mortgage company ourselves. We will assist with all things mortgage servicing from origination through satisfaction. I manage a hybrid team (onshore and off) in the loss mitigation & property preservation spaces.

Hi everyone,

My name is Chris Dye and I'm a new member. I'm from Quincy, IL which is about 2 hours North of St Louis on the Mississippi. I have been married for about 7 years and after living in Colorado for 4 years my wife and I moved back home to be near family when we started ours. We're expecting our first son in December.

To pay the bills I work from home for an offshore mortgage servicing company . I have always had an interest in entrepreneurship and real estate. When I was in Jr High, my mom was selling her rental property and I can remember trying to get her to keep it while I managed it and paid the mortgage. She sold it and I've been looking for my first investment property ever since.

My wife and I bought our first home 2 years ago and with the new baby on the way I've been looking for additional sources of income. That's how I found BP. I'm looking for a buy and hold multi-unit with my father in law but wouldn't be opposed to some other options as well. My ultimate goal is to make real estate a solid part of my career in addition to starting some other small businesses.
