Like many others... analysis paralysis. I know that I am what is holding me back. I have become so fragmented with work and life responsibilities that getting focused is my biggest challenge.

Thanks for the additional information Victoria. Your insight on the economy is as I had suspected. Areas with little diversification of industries are seeing challenges, especially related to COVID.

I am looking at a few select areas. Santa Fe, Colorado Springs, and the greater Phoenix areas currently to either move to or invest in from afar. I have generally moved to a location and then done slow fix and flips, but I am not averse to investing in areas outside of my locale.

I am looking for feedback from local realtors and investors in the greater Santa Fe, NM market. My interests are primarily in fix-and-flip single family and rental of single family and small multi-family properties. Are there strong economic indicators to sustain this market over the next 10+ years? What is the local vacancy rate and how can I find accurate renter demographics? What are the areas in the geo to stay away from (for whatever reason)?

I am looking to buy a multifamily property in the Waukesha, Wisconsin area. I am most interested in a duplex, triplex, or 4-family value add property. My timeframe for purchase is not urgent but would like to find something within next 2-3 months.

I am looking for quality residential real estate market analysis data. I am looking to move outside of my current area and am working to analyze other real estate markets. I want to review data to determine the strongest residential real estate markets in the continental US. Anyone have any suggestions for where I can find online data?
