Quote from @Zac Mckenzie:

Hi Caleb, We operate a GC business focused on supporting the Columbus investment market. We hold GC and HIC licenses and provide the most value on large scope projects. Feel free to reach out to see if we are a good fit or if we can point you in the right direction. Best of luck

For those of you that have created a strong team (acquisition, contracting, finance, management, etc.) to streamline your investment portfolio--even from out of state--what has worked the best for you and/or what do you wish that you had done differently? What are your next steps?

I currently have a SFH in 43219 that I am looking to rehab and convert into a long-term rental. In the process of using a quitclaim deed to put it under an LLC and empty the property of personal belongings. Now creating a list of General Contractors that I can seek to lead the rehab and happily bring them more business afterwards by referring them to a network of real estate agents and investors.

Q: Could you send me information on some respected General Contractor that you have worked with? I would like to bring them business!
