Btw I am from Boston MA. I'm 15 minutes away from his office and I bought my first rental in the same town he did. I remember picking up several books at Barnes and nobles after my purchase trying to figure out what is the next move, and felt connected to his book. I bought when that market was slowly rising and now they are starting to develop and I anticipate to have built some equity. I'm ready for bigger deals now.

Mick Harvey Hey Mick, I am a Lindahl student myself. The great thing about his book and bootcamp is the fact that he breaks each and every step down to the T. I read the books before joining the boot and although the book details a lot of information, the bootcamp and coaching further clarifies everything. I'd be glad to connect with you and discuss future plans and goals.

After reading this it makes my mind spin. I've been trying to figure out which bank I can use to do no money down. If you don't mind me asking which bank did you use? And what was the process like?

Also, at what LTV is the bank going to refi? I believe if it's worth going for into the next acquisition than go for it. If it doesn't hurt much. Free up your business for more acquisitions, and bigger profits.

Regards,
