I'm currently reviewing an opportunity in Grant Park that seems to only make sense as a conversion from SFR to Duplex. I'd love to connect with any contractors who have experience in this type of project who would be willing to walk the property and help put together a budget for the repair/conversion. Just curious whether this is merely another scam by a guru or actually contains valuable material.  Website says it's $1 for what honestly appears to be a wealth of information that actually looks pretty helpful.  My gut says the $1 is just a lead-in for an additional cash grab, so I figured I'd ask...
