Before my old computer crashed I had a site bookmarked that sold repo mobile homes. It was either from Vanderbilt Mortgage or Greentree and they had all repos listed in many states and nice deals. Since I lost the site can anyone help me out and steer me in the right direction. This was the lenders Loss Mitigation site and was free.

I understand that I don't need these account numbers to run a credit check. These credit debts will also be on the credit report. I just think asking credit card numbers and bank account numbers is really pushing it in this day and age of identify theft. Do most landlords still ask for this info. or does the credit report give them enough information to make an informed decision on the tenant?

Hello, first time poster here with a question.I have been a flipper the past few years but with the market now I am going to try my hand at renting.
After looking at the rental applications here and other places it seems that most ask for bank account and credit card account numbers. Is this necessary if I plan on running a credit/background check on all my tenants?
I don't think I would want to give out that info to a stranger and feel funny about asking for it. Will the background/credit check be enough or should I ask for the account information ?

Thanks for the advice, Chip
