Hello all,  I am looking to get in to real estate investing full time at some point but until then i am looking for a company or individual to partnership or apprentice job to learn the in and outs of the industry and pick your mind does anyone know of anyone or any company that might offer this.  I would greatly appreciate any help towards filling my dream.

Hello all my name is Chris Bruner I live I Nashville, TN with my dog BO.  I am new to the real estate investment side of things.  I currently do have a full time job working in the heavy equipment industry renting and selling equipment to job sites and customers so I get to see all the houses and what is being developed in the nashville area and surrounding areas.  My dad was a GC for large construction companies so I grew up around this industry and it is in my blood but due to his health he and I were never able to go in to business like we hoped and him show me the ropes.  I do have 3 degrees one of them being real estate finance.  With my dad not able to show me the ropes as planned I am looking for a mentor to help get me started and more.  If anyone knows where or who to start with I greatly appreciate it.
