Hi Peter.  I'm a newbie from northern NJ and educating myself to invest in tax liens as well.  I found this book through some other recommendations. "Tax Liens: The Complete Guide to Investing in New Jersey Tax Liens" by Michael Pellegrino.  Very quick read and very informative.  Specific to NJ.  Hope it helps and good luck.

Hey BiggerPockets Community.  Newbie from northern NJ (Morris County) just getting started both in real estate and in the BP forums.  A colleague of mine from Alabama has a good deal of experience in tax liens and through our conversations it's inspired me to really take some first actions towards delivering on my own passions in real estate.

Looking forward to connecting with different people and gaining a wealth of knowledge, and hopefully passing that along to the future generation!
