Hi All

I have bought a couple of properties from Torcana and am very happy, both with our investment and the service we received, including after the purchase. When I have had queries, they have been very quick and helpful in their response.

I have no hesitation in recommending them, and have recommended Torcana to personal friends and colleagues

Hi all

I currently have a US bank account, but the branch is being sold to another bank, who seem willing to take over my account. However, the existing bank will not let me transfer the account to another branch within their network unless I visit in person, which is not practical.

can anyone recommend a bank that caters for non-resident customers?

Welcome to the forum.

I am from the UK, but live in Dubai, and have invested in two properties in the States.

The biggest problem I have encountered is in setting up a US bank account in order to withdraw profit. Even now that I have an account, the bank charges me 2.5% to use my debit card outside the US. Bank transfers have to be set up in person, so there are a few hurdles.

Having said all this, we are happy with our investments and are building up regular savings.
