Do you feel like there is a housing shortage at all in Amarillo? I am trying to gauge the rental market here. I am new to the area, and I feel like the general consensus is that it's overpriced, but is the supply there? Open to any other opinions about the Amarillo Market.

Looking into investing in some affordable housing units in Midland/Odessa. Any investors there? The area has seen good growth the past ten years, but do you think it’s sustainable? We own a few other affordable housing units already - but Midland is new territory for us so open to thoughts. Thank you!

I’m an investor coming out of Idaho and Utah. Typically will buy units for low-income tenants and try to get into areas with a housing shortage. For my Wyoming people- If you had the opportunity to buy in Rock Springs, Rawlins, or Laramie, where would your ideal location be?  What town has the highest housing shortage currently? Which one is growing the most? Thank you!
