Post: Should I drop out of college

Hello everyone, I’m a freshman at my local community college and am thinking of dropping out after this semester. I make about 30k a year and would like to pursue real estate full time. I’m going for electrician, but I’m obviously not cut out for it and don’t want to waste my money or time since I pay for my own schooling and have little time for real estateIf I were to drop out I would have time to find a mentor, read, attend seminars, attend open houses, analyze more properties etc... my goal is to retire by 30 and I would be going to community college for another 3-6 years at the rate I’m going now. Is this even worth it or should I take the chance and drop out....

Hello everyone, this is my first post and am a complete beginner at Real Estate investing. I mostly just invest in silver and stocks but now want to learn how to develop cash flow from rentals and pay little in taxes. I was wondering how I should approach real estate at 18 and if anyone has any beginner advice/tips. I have about $20,000 from working and have no clue on how to proceed.... thanks a lot!
