Hi guys! I am new to the forum but a long-time listener/reader of all things BP! I would love to connect with anyone in New Hampshire or Mass! I am an NH Realtor and "have a guy for that" for just about everything! I have a passion for real estate and love working with hardworking investors!

Find me on Instagram @cayley_thelordofrealestate

I would recommend Salem NH! It is right on the border of Massachusetts towns that have a high population of spanish-speaking people (Methuen, Haverhill, Lawrence) and parts of Salem still have the quiet New Hampshire vibe (if you aren't right on route 28). The schools are highly rated in the state (I dont know off the top of my head).

Salem is really up-and-coming with the newly built "Tuscan Village" with tons of new apartment buildings, restaurants, and stores being added next to the already-built Rockingham Mall. There are events for families all the time at the Tuscan Village and it is definitely worth taking a tour if you're in NH!
