I'm not having a problem finding off-market homes. I just cant find who these homes belong to. True People Search app is a 50/50 at best. Is there a more efficient way to find the homeowner?

I have a property in mind that I want a hard money lenders help on. I have a few lenders in mind but how do I present the property to them so they more than likely will say yes.

I am a new investor. I want to shop lenders, and I received a list of lenders from a local trusted realtor. I wanted to know what questions I should or shouldnt ask to a lender. Should I tell them I'm in investor looking for my first property? That I could like to refinance if I could? Do you give loans on the equity price not just the purchase price? Etc. Thank you for your help.

Hi everyone I'm new to BP and I wanted to know the best way to find deals. Ive been driving around the Broken Arrow & Tulsa area, looking for different sizes of plexes so I can move into one and rent out the others. But I'm not opposed to finding other single family deals. Is there a better way then just driving around to find those deals?
