@Joe Fairless Hi Joe, and thank you for the welcome! I didn't find being a real estate agent very rewarding, because the broker I had really pushed us (agents) to do BPOs (Broker Price Opinions) in order to get listing. I spent a lot of time doing tons of BPOs and I didn't get one listing. At that time, I wasn't taught to market to sellers and/or buyers. When I finally learned to do this on my own, I didn't think it was fair to have to give the broker 20-30% of the business I brought in on my own.
