i found a few properties in a nice neighborhood with code violations, there are six(6) of them all side by side so im thinking it must be something major like a structural problem. 

so my question is.... are these profitable properties or a major fail?

Is it difficult to close a wholesale deal when the new buyer is using a loan and how do i handle a situation like that? please help!
