Hi,

My name is Jai. I am new to the site and trying to acquire my first investment property. Since I have limited funds (borrowing $28k from my 401k) for a down payment and reserves, I am planning to start with a townhome in Orland Park or Frankfort IL. I'm looking lenders in my area that will extend loans to an LLC. Any recommendations?
