I'm currently in the research phase of my journey and was hoping to get a better understanding regarding LLC's and hard money loans.

I understand the importance of an LLC from a liability perspective. It doesn't seem as though hard money loans finance LLC's though.

How can you use hard money loans and an LLC? Do you add the company as additional party?
