Yes I do have a full time job and not planning on quitting to soon. Cutting corners is not something I would do, if you do something you do it right. ( My personal beliefs.) I have seen to many people just slap on paint and call it good.  I do not want a bad reputation due to bad work. I  am working on getting my LLC now as well as a bank account should have all that lined up shortly. Just found the ultimate beginners guide and will definitely be reading that. Due to certain challenges and obstacles it will be a slow start and I will have to start off by doing other things and work up to it. Hoping to get my first deal within 6 months. Thank you for the feed back it is greatly appreciated.

Hello, my name is Cathy. I am in Johnson County Kansas. I have always had a thing about houses and wanted to get into real estate for many years. My goal is to have rentals, and turn fixer uppers. I am very new to this field but know that I know I can do this once I learn it. I am very excited to get started, although I do have some challenges I will get there. I think this site will beneficial in my learning process.
