Funding. Im not a US citizen nor alien resident and obtaining funding is the reason why I can't even bid on the properties that I have interest with (looking at auction bidding on foreclosure properties).

I'm currently shopping foreclosure apartments and I was wondering generally speaking which layout is easier to rent out (meaning finding a tenant) between a 1b1b, 2b2b or 3b2b ?
