we want to know the successful turnkey investment stories and want to know the general tactics for turnkey invest ,thank you

thank you Naseer for the quick reply,

the CPA from meet up think we don't need a entity if we only flip 3-4 properties, he think s-corp has to pay payroll if exceed$ 40.000

my Chinese CPA told me LLC ( s designate ) and s-corp is 100% the same, he said both has limited liability,

but you told me the LLC(s) and S-corp for the liability is different

my situation, we do have a net worth to protect personally, we only do flipping not renting, 3-5 flip a year, should earn $100.000--$150.000 a year, in this case what do you suggest?

hey Naseer,

I talked to few Chinese CPA, they all recommended open a s-corp for filpping, so i paid and formed a s-corp , we are planning to flip 4 houses a year, but yesterday I met a CPA from meet up he said there is no need to have a company if we only do 3-4 flip a year, he think we form the wrong entity too, why Chinese CPA and American CAP hold different opinion, make me so confused

my question is should I go ahead open bank account to start the business as S-Corp which I already formed  or cancel the entity?  please advise ,thank you

thank u Marlon

hey Naseer,

thank you very much for all the information, why just form a S-corp instead LLC S designation ? what is the different? do we get more benefit from LLC S designation for flipping house instead S-Corp?
