I really want to invest in a mobile home community. I am willing to do the work and have been doing as much research as I can but find myself in a catch 22. I don't have financing lined up but when I talk to lenders about financing they want to know about the property I'm interested in. I don't feel like I can find out more than basic level research when I don't have financing lined up and I can't line up financing without specific information to provide. How do I move forward from this stalemate?

I have a property I bought a couple of years ago, as the market was developing. I am looking to invest in the area more but right now it's difficult because the prices are so high and renters are maxed out on what they can pay.
