I just got my real estate Broker's license in Nashville, after being a broker in California (San Francisco) for 30+ years.  I know the Nashville area for being myself an investor and owning properties in Nashville.  I also lived in New York, by the way...

Looking for 15-20 acres brownsfield Greater Nashville area.

Looking for 40,000 sq. ft warehouse + or -  OR land with right zoning.  Greater Nashville Area.

There are a lot of opportunities in the Greater Nashville Area.  Dont' be specific about the area.  Look in the surroundings! Look for the "deal".  Look for where you can invest for the future (3-5 years) if you want to invest and hold.  Rental will increase also in the surrounding areas as people will not all be able to live right in the hot Nashville spots. Having been a broker in San Francisco and having lived in San Francisco for 35 years, I have seen SF developed like Nashville is now.  So I understand the trends!

I started investing in East Nashville quite a few years ago and there are still deals to be made, but they are difficult to find as the competition is very strong.
