Hello, So I'm pretty new just been absorbing the BiggerPockets podcast (started at the 1st up to 62nd) and I'm just have some question about finding a market. How does one find its boundaries of a market? By zip codes? Certain streets? Towns? City's? And any other major bullet points on the statistics to look for in markets would be greatly appreciated. Hi my name is Cristian and I'm from Chicago. I'm 20 years old and I have been interested in real estate for a couple of years now and it's something that I see my self doing for a long time.
