@Bjorn Ahlblad thank you this is good insight from someone who sounds like they’ve been doing this a while thanks! Also, what is OS?

I did just get my Real Estate license for here in WA so I’ll be interested to see how that can open up opportunities. At the very least some good connections hopefully!

Take care!

Interested in a multi family property but live in the PNW suburbs of Seattle. Properties are very expensive (to my initial research) for a beginning investment. Do you suggest getting more creative to find a property OR, looking out of state. Or other ideas - trying to educate myself! Thanks!

@Rada Vassileva I am a newbie but I’ve heard others talk about going to city council meetings to hear what they are planning on for the future. Since you’re out of the area, you could watch them online because it’s required of city’s to post their meetings publicly.

@Nicholas Aumua welcome from a fellow newbie! I too am in King County. Perhaps we will connect sometime. Right now, trying to learn all the things! Good luck to you!

Thank you Michael and Andrew!  Michael I have yet to decide where to hang my license. I am meeting with a KW agent this week to discuss options there.  I currently work full time elsewhere so real estate will (for now!) be part time. Which I know is difficult but I also know it’s a long game.  So I am excited to learn! Thanks for the tips!

Hi there! So excited to be here as recommended by a friend. I just passed my Real Estate license exam and am about to be a licensed agent! Just learning the biz & can't wait to meet you all! Seems like an amazing, ambitious community.
