Good Afternoon BP family

I just had a question do many investors deal with Tax Liens and do you primarily use them as flips or rentals or what do you do with them and how do you determine that factor?

I am a newbie to all this as far as really trying to do something other than research phase. Lol.

GOOD AFTERNOON AND WELCOME TO BP. GOOD LUCK

@Sean Champion undefined

@Daniel Beaulieu

Thanks I am still learning and reading a lot of forums. They are really helpful and I will continue to do that and reach out with questions. I haven't started building any solid relationships yet but will keep pushing with that to and I have researched some of the REIA in my area so I guess I am headed in the right direction. I have been driving for dollars seeing if I can get that down but then get frustrated because being new and you find what you think maybe good deals and you just let them sit but now that I seen a forum about being a birdog not sure if I should give those up in exchange for knowledge

I have been on the website for half the day. Mr. J Scott what is the quickest way to find the material you have posted. Also thanks again for the eye opener. I have run into too many who just didn't spite things out like you did. My hope is that I did not offend you in any way.

Response was not harsh at all and thank you for being real. I don't get that often at all. I am a newbie and most of what I get is a run around or them telling me hey you pay me 3k or 10k and part of your deal and I will have someone else work with you. I don't mond doing any of the things you mentioned but when I start hearing BS it really makes me start questioning the intent of most that I have run into whether it be via websites to live meetings. So again thank you for being real and giving a real prospective on what some seasoned investors are like.

Working full time at it No. I am doing this part time now. I have my own money for marketing

As far as someone to be willing to show the ropes I don't see as a competition because if that was the case you wouldn't have top wholesalers who JV on deals and benefit from mentoring people by helping others out. I definitely wouldn't want to work with someone who is just money hungry and can't see a bigger picture when it comes to Real Estate Investing. Thanks anyways for at least asking and expressing your concern on whether or not helping with advice would take away from your pockets. Happy investing
