Hey all! I want to chime in here also! I am a real estate broker and my husband and I are licensed contractors here in town as well. We live here in Corvallis. I sell homes from Winston to Salem and coastal regions too. I worked in travel nursing for years, and we're natives, so we know Oregon well. Hey there! I am a contractor/realtor as well as an investor. My husband and I do our own flips. (With only subcontracting out for things like granite and roofing). Hey there. I'm trying to understand your post and what your ultimate goal is. I see you want to sell your lots. And you're considering building to get top dollar or just selling lots as is. Correct? I'm in Corvallis. We are contractors and realtors ourselves, so we have connections if you need it. I work along side large apartment owners as well. I got my license in May, 2019. I joined Keller Williams because of the reputation for their training for new agents. But since then, I have fell in love with the company. Everyone is willing to help other agents succeed. I have a coach who I can contact at anytime of the day. It doesn't feel like im competing with anyone. Just myself. :)

Hi All! My name is Cassi. I'm new to BP. Still trying to figure all this out.
