@Brian Adzadi More the seller, given that they did inform me that they needed to close by this date due to their own living arrangement plans for after the sale. And correct @Maria McCreless we are still waiting on the appraisal which is the result of this. Hello everyone, My lender is asking for a 7 day extension on the current closing date, February 9th, but the seller is anxious. Has anyone encountered this situation before and what are some possible options/strategies? Thanks, Casida.
