Manuel Angeles that was great advice I'm also starting out. How did you manage to work with wholesalers. Did you use your own contract to guarantee your commission?

Hi everyone. Been reading forums all day and thought I should post something . I'm going to my 1st REIA meeting tomorrow here in Richmond,Va. Just going to observe and learn for this one. Any suggestions on what I should be paying special attention to? I'm shy at times but I definitely want to make my goals known and see what I can offer to my investor community!

James Sheppard hi James . Same here. I'm in richmond va also BP has been very helpful in regards to education and getting a plan together. I'm interested in wholesaling also and really want to get into rehabbing but I'm still in the very beginning of my learning. Again BP is extremely informative. good luck to you!!
