I've been contemplating moving into the RV Park business for some time.  I was hoping I could connect with someone local who has bought/developed parks in the past to ask questions and pick your brain over lunch. It's on me. Any insight will be beneficial.

Thank you.

@Ryan Blake Great information, I appreciate it.

That's some good info, thank you sir. Can you buy these with a HML?

@Caroline Uhara I only recently started investing in Wichita Falls. I've looked at several properties. Finally settled on one, and had a terrible experience with the wholesaler/GC I was working with. I am in the middle of trying to get my first property fixed and rented out, and trying to recover from the mistakes I made early on. Overall the properties are cheap and it is easy to stay under the 70% ARV. Rentals can easily surpass the 1% rule. I've yet to find a property manager, that is my next step. But I do have a few referrals that I am going to check out.

@Account Closed I'd be interested to know if you find a good one.  I recently purchased a property in Wichita Falls and the PM that I had planned on using didn't pan out.  If you want to chat some more about that market send me a message.  Maybe we can learn some things.

So this won't be this Sunday (11/25/18)?

Hello,

I'm hoping someone has a good recommendation for a CPA or Tax Attorney.  I'm in the process of purchasing my first rental and plan on acquiring another one before the end of the year.  So I'm going to need some help with this tax process.  Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I'd like to attend.  Save a spot for me.

@Justin Flowers @Herman Meza - I appreciate both of you responding.  Once I get my current project closed and rehab started (not in Corpus) I will reach out.  Thank you.

In need of a couple GC & Property Manager suggestions/contacts for the Corpus Christi area.  Any one know someone who knows someone?

Thank you in advance.
