Driving for dollars and I found a home: great street, poor home, windows out, overgrown bushes and all that good jazz.

If I wanted to submit an offer, who do I get ahold of? No one lives there, and the individual whom owns the property is no where to be found.

@Stacey M.

I can’t believe someone knows old fort! I grew up 20 mins from there, opposite of Asheville. Sorry had to represent that little town.

There are plenty of properties there that has a lot of potential should the county loosen up for that area. I know of plenty of help in those areas, please let me know if I can help.

@Greg Dickerson

Knowing my audience is important, but as far as what is required resources for the position; should I focus on certain metrics to analyze or just learn the area? I would be completely foreign to the area, but I don’t see that as a complete detriment.

I really appreciate the help!

Hey guys, kinda off topic.

I have a interview for a commercial real estate analyst position coming open. Could someone in the field give me some ideas on what to mention during the interview? It’s also in Denver CO. As I am not. So any information would be awesome.

@David Abbate

Hey hey, got to get started somewhere! And give me a little more credit, as the basic questions are more up to me not so much textbook answers as you see them to be.

@Jake Hottenrott

Thank you sir. I have a good problem! My biggest question is to how appropriate the profits (losses) once the deal is completed. Any suggestions? I was going to have the company pay quarterly of the rents.

I have earned the trust of about 5-6 people to provide capital. I'm 23 and may have gotten ahead of myself. Who do I need to speak with to make a legal entity possible, and I'd like to know the best set up; LLC, GP, LLP. Or have I spread things too thin?

Total capital- 45,000 roughly.

@Claribel Enriquez

I am not around Tri cities, I’m in Knox metro. I’m trying to get started. I’d love to connect and make my way through there and meet someone who knows what is going on.

@Eric C.

The share ownership is marginal to who ever can meet the 30,000 between the 3. If I put $6,000 is a 20%. But I definitely I’m learning ropes as we figure this out. Creative financing at its finest!
