Timothy that is really sound advice and I appreciate your taking the time to respond. After reading your post, I reached out today to a couple of the companies who specialize in financing for SFR rentals and am waiting to hear what kind of terms I can get (Liberty Rental Finance/Colony American/Lima One). I have been told the traditional banks won't lend with an LLC ownership structure which I am insisting on using. Will keep posting & thanks again!

Looking for advice. I bought two single-family residential rental condominiums in past couple months. 100% cash. Both are leased. Have an additional $100K for more acquisitions. I follow a very specific model when targeting properties. Need help: 1) figuring out how to best leverage existing properties and 2) maximize the $100K cash. Looking to be in a position to acquire 10-15 additional assets by May/June 2017.
