Can you qualify for a private money lender with a business line of credit, and no personal credit information if you are purchasing properties under your LLC?

Does anyone have suggestions on how to find wholesaler friendly real estate Attorneys? I'm from Chicago and while there a lot of real estate Attorneys, its somewhat difficult to find one that doesn't require a retainer. I'm starting with a low start up budget.

@Tom Ott Thank you!

I have been researching the best way to get into the field of real estate investing with little to no start up funds and no credit. I found the best way to do this is to save enough to fund your own fix and flip (which can take a long time) or wholesaling. I am very interested in wholesaling. However, I am finding companies that will teach you how to be a wholesaler but in some cases they are charging thousands of dollars to partner with them. And in my opinion I can use that money to invest in my own business. Is wholesaling realistically a business that can be learned with little to no money and without paying out thousands of dollars to other companies for their information?
