Jordan L. Congratulations on the License! I'm currently trying to learn everything I can about REI. One thing that has crossed my mind is getting some training by obtaining my license and practicing Real Estate part time. Did you have any prior Real Estate experience before obtaining your license?

Daniel Suarez welcome to BP. Currently, I am in the same predicament. I graduate in May have an almost identical salary and nest egg put away. My gameplan is going to be educate myself as much as possible over the next year or so while I put money into my 401k(company matches 5% so I don't want to pass on free money), Roth IRA, and accrue capital to approach my first investment well equipped.

My name is Jonathan Lewis. Currently I'm getting ready to graduate college and relocate to Dearborn, MI. At this point I'm trying to learn as much as possible from as many sources as possible while I save enough Capital for my first deal. I stumbled across BP a few months ago while trying to educate myself about REI and have been reading the forums, blogs, and listening to podcasts daily.

My real estate experience is extremely limited but real estate has drawn me ever since I can remember. My goal is to grow my network in the Southeast Michigan area, learn as much about buy and hold plus flipping as possible, and become a contributing member here at BP.
