This is really cool to see! There’s a lot of opportunity along the Oregon Coast, and it’s exciting to watch areas adapt to support both investors and local communities. I’ve had a short-term rental permit for several years in Seaside, OR, and it’s been a great experience. One thing I’ve noticed is how much small businesses in these coastal towns depend on tourism for growth. STRs can really help drive that, especially as people are drawn to the natural beauty and charm of the area.

Are you working with a realtor who specializes in short-term rental investment sales?

How familiar are you with the short-term rental market in Coeur d'Alene? Just curious if you're already well-versed or still getting to know the area.

Hi Rick,

Are you looking into properties on Lake CDA or in the actual town?

My latest vacation rental property is a charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom townhome located in Seattle's Queen Anne neighborhood. We take 20% as our management fee. Featuring stylish, modern furnishings and vibrant, fun amenities, this home is perfect for a variety of short-term rental visitors. Our key amenity highlights include an easy to use gas fire pit and Seattle Mariners themed corn hole. On the inside, our popular furnishing touches include a neon light up sign and a very comfortable pull-out couch enabling two extra guests to maximize the occupancy. With an estimated annual revenue of $59k, it consistently ranks in the top 10% of Airbnb listings in the area, outperforming similar properties by 17%.
