Hello Everyone!

Just thought i would introduce myself. My name is Carter Hatch, I am 25 yrs old, I live, work, and am looking to invest in the Salt Lake City area. Bought a duplex 10 months ago that we are currently house hacking so i don't think i can quite call myself an investor yet. I am always looking for my next deal. I would love another duplex or tri-plex but also am open to do single family rent-to-owns. Please feel free to reach out to me, i would love to expand my connections.

Thanks!
