Thanks Matt. I'm mainly interested in value add multifamily, wholesaling and house hacking. I am well connected and have real estate development and rehab experience on a larger scale, but as far as what suits me individually I believe these are my best options.

Hey BP. I'm a recent-ish graduate of Ohio State living and working full time in Columbus, OH (LOB asset management, asset based lending). I'm looking for concrete avenues to expand my real estate knowledge (processes and local market). By concrete I mean real time examples and experiences. Preferably something I can do for a few hours on the weekend, on weekdays after work, or maybe a service I could offer to other investors for the sole purpose of learning before I take the plunge myself. Has anyone had similar experiences or done anything like this? Is this a realistic option?
