Hello all,

I have 4 properties, 9 units available in the greater Pittsburgh area. Great opportunity to add turnkey investments to your portfolio and 8 of 9 units fully occupied with long term tenants. Currently under property management with a great team.

I am the owner of the properties and can package deal or split independently. Please message me for details.

Thanks gents, I used to use a signature platform, but as we all try to pinch every dollar I decided to try the rentredi signature platform. May go back to the docusign monthly charge as the 1 click sign has me concerned.

Thank you both for your input. I have already sent plenty of suggestions to RentRedi myself. I May look towards a different signing platform, or go back to paper. Thanks BP

Evening BP community! For those using or who have switched to rentredi, how do you feel about the tenant only being able to one click sign? I have initial spots on every page and multiple signatures throughout the lease. Has anyone vetted this through an attorney that it will hold up in court? Picking the communities brain before I go to my attorney on his input. Thanks in advance, always looking for insight and folks to connect with!

Congratulations! You are indeed going to have some roller coaster emotions. Just breath and take one task at a time! Do not doubt your decision when spending capital upfront, its apart of the process. Biggest thing that helped me was get your processes set up and perfect FIRST. Set yourself up for success and the rest works itself out. Use platforms like RentRedi, Stessa, etc for listings, background checks, rent payments, maintenace, etc. Get a second line on your phone or download something like grasshopper. Get a good handy man in the area and team up. Lastly get your books straight and get a good accountant. The rest will be history and youll be looking for your next place! Best of luck and Cheers!

For those recommending "Stessa", can you elaborate on the perks/user-friendly compared to QuickBooks. I am in the process of starting booking myself (excel) and want the right software from the start. Currently BRRR SFH, triplex rented out, contract on a duplex. All will be under 1 LLC. Any pointers are greatly appreciated. **Not trying to hijack this thread**

Wonderful, I am in the south hills area. I am always down for a road trip to meet and make connections. Do you have a group to follow to know when the meetups are?
