I’m just getting started so bare with me. I’m looking to fix and flipping mobile homes And sell or owner finance. Is it best to start where i live so i can hire contractors to remodel then expand? Or what’s the best way to connect with contractors?

Actually i watched this video again and figured out he's still doing ARV X 70%. would you say that's the best formula for Greensboro ?

So i know the traditional ARV formula however i can across a video on YouTube where max maxwell does 30% instead of 70% i want to know can that be done in Greensboro
