I completely agree. Over the past year, I have worked to build my portfolio considering I have only been in business 1 year. I have 4 properties that I have successfully completed and have a lot of skin in the game to start the business. Now I just have to find the right person or people who can look at my work and let it speak for the "Value" that I am providing @Colton Fairchild.

I find it difficult to locate investors or private capital that is willing to invest in other investors businesses and/or business. Have anyone else had the same problems?
