Hello,

Looking to purchase a 2001 mobile home in a park in Phoenix  I am unable to locate someone who can do a Mobile Home inspection. Anyone in the area able to make a recommendation? Would like to have it completed in the next couple of days. Thank you!

Hello,

I have a couple of rental properties but have been looking to get involved in another area of real estate investing. I have been to a number of Real Estate Guru informational meetings and three day weekend workshops in the past year. All of these were held in a hotel with the presenter not knowing anything about the Phoenix and surrounding area real estate market. Once the event was over, they packed up and left town. There was no hands on training. I heard about the Matrix about few weeks ago and attended an informational meeting. I liked what I heard at this meeting and decided to join. As Napoleon Hill says in his book Think and Grow Rich, "When a person is ready for it, it presents itself." The Matrix is my "it." What attracted me to the Matrix is they are local. The members have been in the local market for the past several years and have completed hundreds of real estate transactions. You have access to multiple layers of investors with diverse real estate investing experience and knowledge from Wholesaling-Buy and Hold-Fix and Flip. The mentoring helps me to feel confident in conversing with home owners to provide them options in selling their homes. There are a number of other benefits as well. If you would like to know more, please feel free to contact me. I'd be happy to attend an informational meeting with you.

Post: Does a solo401k file a state tax?

Hello,

I have been doing a lot of reading on the forum about the solo401k. It seems the entity only files the Federal form 5500 or 5500EZ if the value of the solo401k is over 250,000. What about a state return? If the solo401k owns rental property, does the entity have to file a state tax return claiming the rental income? If the property is not located in the same state as where you reside, do you file a state return for each state?

Thanks for any clarity you can provide!

Carol
